We eat everyday, but do we really know how to eat healthy? It can be very difficult to eat well in our world of unlimited and often unhealthy food choices! Diet fads come and go, but the basics never change. That’s why MDFITRx programs will teach you the basics of nutrition in a way that is easy to learn, so that you can use this knowledge to make better food choices every day.
We don’t endorse pills, powders, or other fake foods here…our programs only have you eating real food! You can live in the real world and still follow our way of eating day in and day out. We don’t like to call it a diet (it’s more of a philosophy of eating), because you can follow our plan for life and never feel restricted!
Movement is essential for health, it’s a non-negotiable fact. The body becomes weak and stiff if we don’t use it every day, yet modern life does not prioritize daily exercise. If you are like most busy people, exercise is actually very difficult to fit into your day of rushing to work, rushing home, doing all the “have-to” things in life, and trying to rest (if there is such a thing) on the weekends only to start it all again on Monday morning!
MDFITRx programs use exercise not just to build strength and lose weight (both of those things will happen), but also as a tool to physically take control of your life. Imposing a little hard work into your daily routine will train your mind and body to handle almost anything, and will make you into an all-around more solid human being. Plus you will look and feel more confident in everything you do!
True change begins in the mind with a desire to change. This desire turns into a plan, and eventually the body follows along and acts out the plan…at least that is how it is supposed to work. However “knowing the walk” and “walking the walk” are two different things entirely!
